No support Categories

I attempt to contact support and get nowhere. I go the the page, https://account.acronis.com/#/support, and under Categories there are none. No way to get to technical assistance. Anyone know how to contact this company?

Yes, and then when I chose https://account.acronis.com/#/support, I it says select category, there are no categories. That's where I should have the opportunity to chat or call the support I thought I paid for.

Andrew, do you have any registered Products shown on the initial page when you sign in to your Acronis Account? The Support page opens correctly for me and lets me select from the options offered.

Andrew, thanks for confirming, this really just leaves the suggestion from Enchantech to contact Ekaterina about this issue as it suggests there is an issue with either your Account or the version of the Support page you are accessing?

The only other thoughts are the obvious ones such as trying a different web browser, ensuring the browser cache has been cleared...
