Empty Secure Zone

Hello

True image 2010 loads an icon in my computer, in the pdf guide it states that on clicking this icon it will show all the image files that you have in the secure zone.

Why then when I click the icon does it just display a blank window, and not the files I know are in the secure zone.

Same issue here.

Using the application, I do see the two backups I currently have in the securezone.
