Cannot upgrade cloud storage volume

I'm using ATI on Win10 / 2019.03 with premium subscription license. As described in this KB article, it should be possible to purchase additional storage from ATI application. But I don't see the upgrade interface described in that article. After clicking 'Upgrade' button on 'Account' page the application shows the only option: 'Please visit Acronis website for upgrade options'.

Is it possible to purchase additional cloud storage somehow in my situation?

I'd chat with technical support. I imagine they can give you storage options and pricing and direct you to how to make the upgrade after that if you decide to make a change.
