unable to load Linux kernel

Welcome,

when I try load my Acronis True Image 10.0 Home from "DOS" I have error message

unable to load linux kernel , please try to use kernel=init parameter

The problem occured when I try to recover my boot partition during "system rebooting"

I have this problem also when I try to boot my laptop ( lenovo z61m) from recovery boot CD.

In bios I have try to change sata. This dosen't work neither with sata "Compability mode" nor AHCI mode

I am asking for help

Does any whan can help me , I have read that this problem can be solve by other compilation of acronis recovery boot cd , but I don;t know how to get it

Thank you for posting. I will definitely resolve this issue for you.

I will send you a private message in a few minutes with 2 download links for our bootable media. The first is Acronis True Image 10 Home based on the ISOLINUX loader and the other a trial version for Acronis True Image 2011 which can only restore in trial mode, but at least it has better hardware support because it is more recent. It also supports backups created with version 10.
