Can't find Volume3 and Volume10

Hello!
After it have worked a while, there is now a strange problem. Suddenly Acronis say, that it can't find Volume3 and Volume10. I tried to choose the backup-archive, but it didn't worked. I deactivated all securities like access restrictions. Acronis keep saying that it doesn't find these volume stuff. And I can't cancel the message, so I have no access to the Acronis programm anymore!
Hope you can help and hope my English ist not too bad.

I just ran into this type of error when using the TI 2011 (6597) CD. It couldn't find volume 1. I browsed to the file and it loaded up just fine. In this case, I think it's using the database and not "linking" the backup correctly.
