Hello jeyaseelan,

welcome to Acronis forums!

You described a crash of bootable media. In this situation, please recreate a new bootable media with the latest available build (# 14330).

If this issue still persists, then please open a case with Acronis Support Team since crash issues are troubleshot by support engineers. You will be asked to collect the following information for investigation: https://kb.acronis.com/content/46370#Bootable_Media3

Hi Maria,

Thanks for your replay, Yes i checked in the latest build as well.

still i am facing same issues.

Thanks and Regards

Jeyaseelan

Hi Jeyaseelan.

Please workaround this issue by creating a WinPE-based bootable media, where you can add your NIC drivers.

Hi Maria,

Thanks for your replay.

i tried to create boot able media with WinPE, but the option is not enabled in my system.

It is mandatory to install deployment kit in the system?, if yes, then its is difficult for me, Because my project has lots of system with agent installed, my client will not accept.

Any other way?

Hello Jeyaseelan.

It is mandatory to install deployment kit in the system?

Yes, in order to create Acronis WinPE-based bootable media you should install Bootable Media Builder on a machine where Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK) is installed.

I advise that you contact Acronis Support Team in order to investigate the crash issue.

Hello Jeyaseelan.

You can use your previously created bootable media if it worked correctly.

The most suitable variants are to create a WinPE-based bootable media or to investigate the crash issue with bootable media created with build #14330.

Hi Maria,

Thanks for your replay.

yes, the old bootable media is working fine, which is comes with kit, after upgrade to the 13400 version, i am facing this issue, now my problem is my all system running in automatic backup with version of 13400, if i use old bootable media CD i not able see any backup files since the bootable media is old version, if i try to use latest bootable media that get crash while i entering the NAS server network ip address,

Advice any solution

Thanks

Jeyaseelan

Hello Jeyaseelan.

There are only two variants of the solution:

- to investigate the bootable media crash by contacting Acronis Support Team

- to create and use WinPE-based bootable media.
