VSS error after Windows 10 1903 update
Hello,
our customer is running Acronis 12.5 build 14330 on a HyperV machine.
Backups of several VMs work without problems.
3 Windows 10 VMs were recently updated to build 1903.
Since then Acronis backup is failing on these 3 VMs:

I ran Acronis VSS Doctor on these VMs and it says:
"insufficient free space" on the Windows Recovery partition (82 of 507 MB free, minimum 320 MB)
I think the Windows build update rearranged the Recovery partition somehow.
What can I do so that these VMs can be backup again?

According to the lof file data, the VSS backup failed but crash-consistent backup has been created. Which means that VSS has not been used during backup due to problems with the recovery partition:
2019-09-17T22:17:40:082 02:00 10088 I00490000: Der crash-konsistente Snapshot 'AcronisBackup' wird erstellt...
Thus, your client has a non-VSS backup of his Hyper-V VM. However, if there were any application that requires application-aware backup (e.g. SQL. Exchange, AD), then these databases would not be recovered separately only with a full machine backup.

Hello Maria,
I understand.
We would like to do an application-aware backup again, like it worked with the previous VM versions.
How can I cleanup these recovery partitions?
