Online Dashboard no longer shows local backups

Thread needs solution

All of my Acronis backups go to local devices, none of them to the Cloud. I used to be able to view all of my backup statuses on the online Dashboard, but now none of them show up. The Dashboard now only appears to show Cloud backups, all local backups are missing. I really miss this feature and I'm wondering if it's "gone for good" for some odd reason or if I'm just missing how to get to it somehow. I tried accessing it from the Account page in the app using the "Open Online Dashboard" button and it still only took me to strictly Cloud-based backups. Please advise! When I went to the Technical Support page to check for this issue all I got was a "Product no longer supported" message. Really? There's still a couple of months left in 2019 AND 5 months left on my subscription, which was SUPPOSED to INCLUDE Technical Support, so seeing "No Longer Supported" makes me feel like I've been mislead and am being "ripped off". Again, please advise as to why this is somehow acceptable.

Scott, welcome to these public User Forums.

If you have a current valid subscription to ATI then you are supported regardless of what is shown for the status of ATI 2019.  On your Account list of products you should have an entry for the subscription product, which is the one to select when opening a support ticket.

Other than above, have you got the Acronis Managed Machine Mini Service enabled and running as this is the function that communicates with the Dashboard?

Note: there is an issue currently where the MMMS service can cause the loss of settings for backup tasks, resetting these back to defaults used by Acronis for a new task!  Disabling the service prevents this problem until Acronis fix the issue on their servers!
