ArtyW, what build version of ATI 2020 are you using on this computer?

Is there a reason why you are still on Windows 10 #1903 and not moved to #1909?

Do you have other security applications installed on this computer?

See the following KB documents related to the above:

KB 36429: Acronis Software: exclude program folders and executables from antivirus and other security programs

KB 46430: Acronis Software: Making Acronis Products Compatible with Antivirus Software

KB 60915: Acronis True Image: repairing program settings - for doing a repair install of ATI.

Note: I am not seeing any such issues on my own Win 10 #1909 computers with ATI 2020 #22510 installed.
