Various issues with Acronis 2020 and cloud backup

Thread solved

Have only had Acronis 2020 Premium for a few days but have several issues:

Online dashboard fails to show correct backup percentage most of the time but does work sometimes.

Progress icon in system tray often missing but sometimes appears

Have 2 PCs on dashboard but it tells me one is offline but it's not and backs up ok.

Only one PC shows as activated in my account but there are two.

Feels like this product is not yet ready for market, wondering if I should drop back to 2019? Have raised these issues with Acronis but so far have been unable to fix them. Anyone else having similar issues or have solutions?

Hi Paul,

I have found Acronis cloud very sporadic over the last few weeks. Much of the time I cannot even log in and access my data and end up stuck on the 'loading' screen.

Paul, tintin, I would encourage you both to raise these issues with the Acronis Cloud / Servers / Dashboard directly with Acronis Support as these are all things that are completely outside of the users control and will potentially affect users across multiple versions of ATI.

Acronis are aware of various issues with the Cloud Dashboard as raised by the MVP's, including that the information shown is not being updated correctly, i.e. the next backup date is often in the past and before the last backup date, which simply is wrong!

The offline issue is now OK after some intervention from Acronis, other issues remain but they tell me they are working on them. Watch this space!

Progress icon now seems stable and appears in system tray as expected. However, not sure why this is fixed as no changes made to the system??

Still only one computer showing activated but this doesn't seem to affect the backup operation on the cloud or locally. so fixed as far as I am concerned.

Paul, failure to include computers listing of devices on which ATI is installed is an ongoing issue. I have had it for a long time for one of my PCs.

As you say it is no cause for concern.
