how to remove acronis image 9.0 build 2,337

I have purchased a computer from a "computer gaming cafe" as it was going out of business. The pc has acronis image 9.0 build 2,337 on it. I need to remove it so I can customize the pc as I wish. I would rather not hose the pc and start over, b/c no original software disks.

Any help you can give would be great, or if you need additional facts let me know. Add/Remove programs does not work, nor does removing through safe mode bc it says windows installer not available.
