The schedules in Acronis True Image 2019 are not working.

The schedules in Acronis True Image 2019 are not working. I have to click the 'backup now' to start backups when they should automatically run by the schedules. How can I resolve the problem? They were working fine at one time.

C W, there are several options to try to resolve this issue.

Download the Acronis Scheduler Manager tool (link in my signature) and run this as Administrator.  This will open a black command type window.

Type the command: get list
This will show a listing of all Acronis scheduled tasks but using the identifier from the name of the associated .tib.tis script file from the C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Scripts folder for the tasks.

If you want to see what identifier is for which task, then open the .tib.tis files in Notepad and the task name is near the top of the XML data.

You can select a single task by the command: task 1:5
where you use the number from the listing for the correct task.

To delete the schedule for that single task, use: task delete

Alternatively, you can use the command: task zap
to clear all scheduled tasks and set any schedules via the normal ATI GUI for your tasks.
