Syncs keep failing

In the Syncs facility in True Image 2020 synchronisation between Folders on each PC and Acronis Cloud keeps failing, denoted by a red cross in the Syncs window.

One could suspect a firewall or router blocking the connection with Acronis Cloud, but this possibility is eliminated by the fact that Backups to Acronis Cloud work OK.  The problem is present on more than one PC, with and without a BitDefender firewall, and on different routers.

Has anyone got the Sync to Acronis Cloud facility working OK?  and can anyone suggest how I can diagnose and fix the problem?

Please download the MVP Log Viewer tool (link in my signature below) and use this to review the log file for your sync operation. This should provide more information on why you are seeing any notification messages?

Look in particular at the Log Type: SyncAgent to see what these logs show.

I have just one Sync task to the Acronis Cloud which has been running for many months without any issues that I am aware of.
