ATI 2020: Backup on webdav drive
Hi folks,
I want to backup my data to a webdav drive. The webdav drive is allready installed on windows laptop and ATI 2020 sees it under the network drives.
When I click on the drive the login popup appears. After filling in name and password I test the connection but it fails.
On the homepage of my cloud provider it only says that I have to fill in the credentials the same as I also use with a sftp server. When I try to backup by ftp connection and test the connection ATI tries and tries and tries .....
What am I doing wrong?
Best,
Benedikt

Hey Steve,
thanks for your quick answer even I can't belive that Acronis refuses to implement these protocols. :-(

Benedikt, you may want to see if Enchantech chimes in on this post as he has played around with using WebDav and ATI previously when trying to see if he could get it working with me!
It always failed on the credentials prompt / check for me when I have tested this using my Synology NAS (tested again after my reply to you) despite tools such as RaiDrive working fine in mapping WebDav to a Windows drive letter.
We would all like to see more secure protocols used with ATI including those listed in the KB document.

Hi! Added your feedback as a vote for the existing feature request TI-134647 Support WebDAV shares, thank you!
