Drive Cloning fail
I have Win 7 and tried to clone my C drive but keeps failing. Just purchased the True Image 2020. Followed the instruction on Acronis True Image: Cloning fails with "Failed to create the scheduled task" info but when I click on Start on Acronis Scheduler2 Service, I get an error 2: The system cannot find the specified file. I searched for the schedule2.exe file but it's not showing up on my computer. I assume this is the reason why it would not execute the clone feature. How do I fix this? I need to clone my C drive to a bigger drive. Appreciate the help.
Thanks!
Jude

Jude, your issues described above would suggest to me that ATI 2020 was not installed from an Administrator level account (hence Ian's comments).
Further you don't mention what type of computer you are using here that you want to clone the drive from?
Acronis support Active Cloning which runs within Windows but this is not recommended if you are working with a laptop drive!
Please see KB 56634: Acronis True Image: how to clone a disk - and review the step by step guide given there.
Note: the first section of the above KB document directs laptop users to KB 2931: How to clone a laptop hard drive - and has the following paragraph:
It is recommended to put the new drive in the laptop first, and connect the old drive via USB. Otherwise you will may not be able to boot from the new cloned drive, as Acronis True Image will apply a bootability fix to the new disk and adjust the boot settings of the target drive to boot from USB. If the new disk is inside the laptop, the boot settings will be automatically adjusted to boot from internal disk. As such, hard disk bays cannot be used for target disks. For example, if you have a target hard disk (i.e. the new disk to which you clone, and from which you intend to boot the machine) in a bay, and not physically inside the laptop, the target hard disk will be unbootable after the cloning.

Thank You both. I've re-installed and run the Repair as Ian has suggested and was able to clone my drive.
Thanks Again,
Jude
