Jim, there is a new log viewer tool that has now been made available by Acronis via the Community Tools KB page.  See the link in my signature for the MVP Assistant tool.  Please use the MVP Assistant tool to review the log for your failed backup task.

If this is a Disk backup using .tibx files, then look at the backup_worker logs, otherwise look at the ti_demon logs.  These should provide more information on what error is being encountered!

Thanks for your reply.  Sorry I didn't get back sooner.  I posted that last night before going to bed.  I rebooted this morning and all is well.  Again, sorry for the delay.
