Backing up ESX snapshots

We are using a VMWare ESX (4.1) server for testing purposes, and all virtual machines have a number of snapshots for different situations. We have already installed the Acronis ESX agent and so far we've only gotten it to backup the files from the current VM state, but we would like it to backup all files from the VM datastore, along with snapshots, is this possible?
