Can't Get Startup Recovery Manager Working
Purchased Acronis True Image Home 2011 this weekend. Everything fine apart from I cannot get the 'Startup Recovery Manager' Working. Have tried this on 2 laptops and one desktop PC. Have downloaded the latest isolinux image from my account and latest version of true image and created bootable disk from both.
When using the bootdisk to and try to activiate the 'Startup Recovery Manager', it comes up with: 'The files required for activating Acronis Secure Zone are not available. Please insert the bootable CD or try to run Acronis True Image Home from Windows.'
When I try it from windows, it appears to run for a bit and then says 'Failed to activate Startup Recovert Manager'
Any suggestions to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for posting. I will definitely help you.
At the moment there is no fix because it is not clear why this issue occurs. However, can you provide me with additional info so that I can look into the problem?
1. Please send me this report from Windows and let me know the date that you tried to activate ASRM.
2. Create the bootable media from Acronis software and try activating ASRM from it.
Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Thank you.
1 and 2 Can Not execute - not use Windows OS, I use Linux OS (Gentoo)

Dear Sergey,
Can you please get back to me with this report so that I can forward this issue to our Testing lab?
Also, please make sure you are using the latest - 6696 bootable media.
Thank you.
