iPhone backup does not work

iPhone 12 mini        Standort: Südamerika             Acronis-Server: vermutlich USA

Ich versuche seit ein paar Monaten sporadisch ein backup meines iPhones in die Acronis-Cloud hochzuladen. es ist noch nicht ein einziges Mal gelungen! Es wird angezeigt, dass die erste Kopie begonnen wurde; uploud extrem langsam, bis es schliesslich abbricht mit der Meldung "vom Benutzer abgebrochen". Dabei habe ich gar nichts gemacht .........  

Ich hab´s mal wieder mit Telefon-Support versucht. In typischer Weise geht niemand ans Telefon ........ irgendwann legt man dann auf .......  

Freue mich über Ratschläge

Since a few months I have tried several times to back up my iPhone to the acronis-Cloud. Until today without success. The App shows, that the copy has started; the uploud is extremely slow, until shut down with the advise "canceled by the user". But I did not do anything. .........

I tried to contact the phone support, but typically nobody is answering ......

I tried once more ..... I observed, that there was an upload of 1% in about one hour. So I will need 100 hours to backup my iPhone? Finally the process stopped lonely with the text: error, no internet connection or no valid subcription ........

A little bit tired of this problems, I have uninstalled Acronis app und I have realized a backup with Apples own software. 10 minutes and my iPhone was in the cloud ......
