Can't seem to uninstall TI 2010, can I install 2011 over 2010?

Thank you for finding time to open the thread regarding this questions, I wil gladly address it.

Acronis True Image Home 2011 can be installed over the previous version, but it's higly not recommended to install it in case you had technical difficulties with the previous installation, as the problem may remain or cause drivers conflict.

Acronis True Image Home 2010 can be removed manually from the machine, and we can help you with it. Please contact our Support team, they will be able to remove the installation from your machine, and make sure that you've got 2011 version successfully and safely installed.
