Try & Decide - Wipes Thunderbird & FireFox Data

I used the "Try and Decide" feature earlier this evening and when I discarded the changes and restarted my PC, all my emails, contacts and settings for Thunderbird were lost.
My FireFox was reset back to default (but kept my Bookmarks), add-ons like NoScript and Adblock were also reset to default.
PeerBlock was also reset.

I was testing out some software and didn't even use FireFox or Thunderbird, when using Try and Decide.
I'm using v. 2010 build 7046, with Win7 64bit Home.
