What Acronis product are you using?

Is this the German language version or the English one?

What exactly happens when you try to start the product?

Does it appear in Task Manager?

Have you tried re-installing and selecting the repair option?

Acronis True Image (aka Disk Expert) has been blocked from running because it might prevent your computer from starting correctly in the future.

Your version of Acronis True Image (aka Disk Expert) isn't compatible with this version of Windows.

I did a re install of operating system and tried to re install Acronis and I get the message above

@John

What version or build number does this Disk Expert have? I assume Disk Expert is provided by a hard drive manufacturer?

If it is based on TIH2009** or earlier then it won't install properly on Windows 7.

Actual Acronis versions will not install on W7.

**The Western Digital imaging program is based on TIH2009 but an upgraded one to run on W7

I did a fresh install of true image 10 on a seagate drive and I stiil get the same error

Version 10 or 2010, they are not the same?

I get the same error with newly installed Win7 64 and true image home 2010 on a delll e6510.
Had anyone else the similar problems and found a solution?
