ATI OEM 1264 - Unprotected Secure Zone Volume
In previous versions of ATI, customers could not go into Windows >> Computer >> Manage >> Disk Management, and delete the secure zone volume, as shown on my system below (NOTE: this is a picture of a system from Dell, and I don't know what disaster recovery tool is on it - it is just an example of what we expect). To be specific, this is shown in protected_volume.png attached below.
However with build 1264, we can navigate to the same location, select the volume that includes the secure zone, and delete it. This is shown in acronis.png attached below.
How can this be a secure zone if customers can just delete it? Is this a bug?

Hmmm. I'm not surprised to SEE the partition in Windows Explorer, because we've seen the partition VISIBLE in Windows Disk Management since at least Build 10045. However, previously, even though you could SEE the partition, you could not DELETE the partition. This is my concern. Is the program design to both make the partition visible AND delete-able?

Hello loganovich,
Thank you for the follow-up.
It will not be possible to delete the ASZ partition in Windows Explorer. However, it will be possible to do it in Windows Disk Management.
If you would like to comment on this you can always send your suggestions to our Program Management team.
Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Thank you.
