The backup cannot be processed. Acronis cloud is not accessible.

Thread needs solution

Hey guys,

New to Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office. Purchased and installed the software. Entire PC to cloud using Singapore as the data center but the backup says "The backup cannot be processed. Acronis cloud is not accessible. Try again later". It's been 4 hours. Not a very positive start to this.

Am I missing something or is this really the case and is this a frequent thing where Acronis cloud storage is not available?

Bennie, welcome to these public User Forums.

One potential cause of this type of issue can be if you are working behind a VPN or Proxy server.

Otherwise, please open a Support case direct with Acronis Support as they are the only people with access to the Acronis Cloud servers involved.
