Hello engin çiçek,

would you mind sharing more details on the issue? What version of Acronis product is used here? Can you copy the text of the error message? Can you also describe the settings in a backup plan (what is being backed up and to what location)

Ekaterina  hello, i am using 2020 program, i am backing up c, but it does not give me a single tib file, acronis

I want a single tib file, I'm backing up the c disk, it doesn't work

While backing up with Acronis true image 2020 version, the backup was interrupted. The program created 54 tib files of different sizes and a total of 632 gb in size. I can't open tib files that are piecemeal with the acronis program, it gives an error. The company that installed the acronis that I received support from said that it did not open because the backup was not completed. It's very annoying not being able to see and open files this way. What can I do to access the contents of these files? Can anyone help with knowledge on the subject?

@Ekaterina I wrote but you didn't come wait wait wait

Hello Engin!

Please check the following:

1- Make sure there isn't any backup running when you open them, because the file maybe is locked and if that's the case you won't be able to open it.

2- If the location is a NAS, reboot the NAS and try to open the files after.

3- Can happen the files are corrupt, please check if you can see them in the backup console and check their integrity, please validate it before trying to recover: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/ATI2020/index.html#…

If the issue persists, please contact our support with the details of the error and the system report of the machine because this issue needs to be troubleshooted https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153 .

Hope this helps!
