Error: You are not subscribed to online backup
Thread needs solution
... even though I am subscribed, and I run daily online backups, I just went to do my first test recovery and I am told I am not subscribe. I get this even though I had just logged in to online backup to perform a backup.
Acronis TI, ver 10, build 5026.
