Wrong credentials specified for connection Acronis online storage

Thread needs solution

Hi, I had to redo my password to the Acronis website and since then, my online backup can't connect anymore.

Where do we have to enter the new password? I have looked everywhere and can't find the login window. It seems it only appears n the first connection??

Are you reaching OLB via 2012 or the standalone version?

Have you logged out from within 2012? You need to do this so that the login dialogue box reappears.

To log out you need to click on the cog icon next to your email address in 2012 and select Log Out.
