Hello

i'm looking for a online backup solution for my boss. acronis true image online seem to be a good product but i've a question about a feature. Recover files from multiple points in time - You can access and restore files from any backup completed in the past 45 days.

the first backup should be a complete backup. the next one should be a diffrential ou incremental backup. if a file was backup the first time from a complete backup and this file is not not use anymore. but i need to restore this file 2 month later. What happen if the file is older than 45 days ? it's lost ?

should i need to made a complete backup before 45 days ?

Eric: I had the same question myself as the online backup documentation is not really clear. I was assured by an Acronis rep that the original backup files would not be affected by the cleanup settings, if newer versions were not created. In my case, I have a lot of files which are historical and which will never change, so according to what I was told, they will always be there "in the cloud." I have had them up in the cloud for over three months now and they are still there, though my new ATIH2012 can't see them, at least for now, until there is a fix, but I can see the files by logging into my Acronis Online Backup account.
