One Click Backup fails to start

When I click on the icon for One Click Backup it tries to start and then it crashes with a Windows Message saying "Operation Failed".
When I check in the Event Logs I see:

I just purchased the product and it appears that it does not work. Any chance of getting my money back if this is true? Anyone else seen this problem?
