Repeated failures after first install
Thread needs solution
I bought True Image Home 2010 months ago, but just now installed it. Installation seemed to go fine, in fact install connected online to Acronis and downloaded what was described as a more current version. But every time I have tried to use it, for the first time, it crashes and/or locks up. I have tried customer support, but to my dismay a message says, “This product is no longer supported”, though I bought it retrial, and have just installed it for the first time.
Any suggestions? Should I uninstall and reinstall?
