How to validate one backup.tib?

Assuming that you can browse that drive in Windows Explorer and TIH2012 is working properly, you should only need to right-click the *.tib file and select Archive -> Validate from the context menu.

TIH is sometimes a bit slow starting that way, and you may need to click its active icon in your Windows task bar to watch the validation process under way.

Thank you. That worked, but I had to start TIM2012. Never would start and even after TIH2012 started, it was slow and the log showed up for just this drive and validation. Separate post, I'm trying to find out where my past logs have gone! Thanks. /Howard
