Acronis support is total
Hello,
i have a problem with ATIH 2012 and been in touch with their support since release back in september. I got 2 calles from a guy in india who was totally clueless and probably didnt even fully comprehend my problem / bug, then i got emails from othe rpeople , replied and also got no more feedback.
this week i cantacted german support, some woman from russia replied on the chat, promised to get back to me the next day, again nothing.
i am a long term acronis customer and i am totally disappointed by this support.
Am i just unlucky or did other people also have a similar problem?
my 30 day support period runs out this week, and i have no idea what to do in order to get the problem fixed or my money back.
by this tactic i missed already the 14 day money back period from the etailer where i bought the stuff...
Any ideas what to do now?
