aszbrowser uac prompts windows 7
I'm finding ATI 2010 very slow when mounting ASZ backups in windows 7 (clean install). Is it also necessary for aszbrowser uac prompts every step of the way, this makes it even slower.
Any updates in the pipeline to address these issues. I am only trialing the software as my paid ATI 2009 doesnt mount backups at all.
Any chance of an extention to the trial when the issues are fixed. Just to make sure the program works with windows 7.

Hi alexander, i will skip the issue regarding UAC then:)
My backup was made using ATI 2009 on windows 7 rc7600 (i didnt know that it was incompatible because it seemed to work).
The backup has two partitions included from the same hard drive. The main partition and data partition.
I then installed windows 7 pro and installed ATI 2009. Realised ATI 2009 had a problem with the final build of windows 7(mounting froze the pc). Downloaded and intalled the trial ATI 2010.
Both read only and read/write mode are slow.
Browsing from my computer>asz is also slow.
The exact sequence of actions= Open the software, mounting the backup? Not really much i can help with here, because i am using the software as it should be?
NIS2010 could be interfering? I could try turning NIS off?
I'm wondering now if i should completely clean the pc of ATI and start again. Because i installed the trial over the paid for, ATI 2009 installation?
Or just expect it to be slow as its a large partitions, 30mins to an hour seems excessive though?
Any thing you want me to try just ask, may not be immediate though cos i have to work.
Regards
Steve
P.S just remembered i did use the next one up to normal compression, when making the backup. If that might cause an issue?
