Windows 2003 Virtual Machines (Hyper-V) damaged after restore to Hyper-v

Thread needs solution

Hello, i have a Windows 2008 R2 standard server with Hyper-v. I have 3 windows 2003 sp2 virtual machines on the server.
I use Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 VIRTUAL edition. When i create a backup of the hyper-v machines, and restore it to a new virtual machine, then my Windows 2003 server keeps rebooting a couple of time, and then it says my register is corrupt, and nothing happens.
First i thought that Acronis did not support Windows 2003, but i have another server with another Windows 2003 virtual machine on Hyper-V, and when i make a backup an restore it to a new virtual machine, then it's fine.
What can be the problem? I really want to use Acronis to make incremental backups and send it over the internet.
Please help!

Update :

When i make a full backup, i can restore the windows 2003 machines to a new virtual machine without a problem.
But when i make an incremental backup (using vss), then i get errors when booting up the restored virtual machine.

I disabled "fast incremental/differential" backup, and i did deselect vss.. But nothing works.
I want to try if i can make an offline backup (saved state hyper-v) with Acronis, maybe then i can make an incremental backup.
How can i disable VSS and use saved state backup with Acronis?

Please get back to me.. very important for me.

Even with "saved state" incremental backup, i get errors while booting up a restored Virtual machine. Error reading files/register etc.
Does somebody has a solution ?
