Error occured during ATIH 2012 Build 6131 Update

Thread needs solution

I currently have ATIH 2012 build 5545 installed and the software suggested an auto update of the software to build 6131. On installation this error popped up:

The following products could not be removed automatically, because they were installed with different Administrator options. Please remove these products manually and then restart the installation.
{47A0C382-35D7-4A3A-B9AF-B2D38827A8A7} Acronis True Image Home 2012
{7EFA9A78-797E-4567-A49C-D9E5F26E9AB4} Acronis Sync Agent

The different admin options is not possible as there is only one user account on my system and that is an administrator account. I tried to download the update manually and ran it as administrator, but the same error occurs.

I don't want to manually uninstall as I don't want to lose all my backup settings. So how can I apply this update? I have attached the log file if it helps.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

A bit more info (operating system, etc.) might help us here to help you. It may be buried somewhere in that attachment, but if so, I missed it.

On the surface, it looks like you may have used "Run As Administrator" for some previous installation packages and not for others. In Win7 and Vista, a user with admin privileges is NOT the same as the "well-known SID" Administrator.

If that's the situation, the latter should be able to handle it, but if not, a solution could be tricky to implement. Any "trusted installer" and/or SYSTEM ownerships would add to the complications.
