Acronis B&R 11 Linux and Online Storage access problem

My new build of Acronis B&R 11 for Linux is working like a charme - with one exception: I can not access my booked 512GB online storage for the backup. Or better: I can sign into my account and then there is a "Loading..." lettering where the capacy should be displayed and this lettering is there forever. I can not select the online storage as a backup target. Please see the attached screenshot.

I have booked the storage just some days ago without ever using it. Do I need to initialize it or something else?
