Dear all,
I have a 1tb online backup for server subscription which ended 16.12.2011. Today I entered my new serial for the renewal.

Now in my control panel I have 3 registered products:
1x acronis backup for server
1x 1tb subscription online backup for server
1x 1tb subscription online backup for server

How can I renew now my first subscription?

The first license you see is not a subscription, but a permanent serial key for the Acronis Backup and Recovery Server 10 for Windows Standalone. It doesn't require renewal and you can proceed using the product as long as you need.
