Method to remain continuously protected
I just installed Acronis TIH 2012 and initiated 2 backup jobs. The first was to backup my "Z" drive which holds business records and the second job was to backup my "C" drive which is my OS and everything else.
It has been a couple of weeks since I performed these backups and I wanted to update the backup to incorporate changes. I opened Acronis TIH 2012 and accessed the "Z" drive backup and clicked on the right side of the details pane "back up now" and it proceeded to perform what I thought was an incremental backup.
After this process there are now 2 "versions" and indeed when I look atb the backup location there are 2 individual back up files.
How do I configure this to continuously back up both my "Z" drive and my "C" drive to just one file?
I see that I can also schedule a weekly back up which would probably be just fine but again I dont want several "versions"/files, but rather want only one file reflecting all back ups to date so reinstalling either "Z" or "C" would require only reinstalling 1 file.
I hope this makes sense. I have surfed the site but am a bit confused about how to do this.
I dont require different versions of these drives, I require the most up to date version of each drive in one file and nothing more.
