Can't recover: "There are no versions of the backup" - but I can see it online

Thread needs solution

When trying to access backup of PC2 on PC1 using TrueImage Home 2012 I get "There are no versions of the backup", but that's insane, because I can see and browse the backup online.

Acronis Online backup seems to be a incredibly bad product, because not only that but the backup of PC1 seems corrupt (my previous thread)!

P.S: Note that this problem is separate from the one I reported in the previous thread.

I had the same problem 2 months ago. The online backup has disappeared and is not accessible. There have been no resolution to this problem. 44GB of backup magically vanished from their online server and it's still unknown as to why. I abandoned the product since and moved to Carbonite.

Heh, I currently have two online backups, both of which are broken (not-recoverable). So disappointing and frustrating.
