I've had a case open on ATI2010 not running on my Tosh R500 for about 6 weeks now with no real progress from acronis and I was wondering if anyone actually has it running on a R500 or am I just wasting my time and I should look at alternatives?

A few more details are needed.
Did it install without errors?
What OS are you running and is it 32 or 64 bit?
What antivirus do you use?

Wasn't particularly asking about my case but a toshiba R500 in general.

My case specifics. Yes installed without error, win xp 32 bit, mcafee enterprise. Snapman.sys ocuppies an entire core of the CPU on restart and proceeds to consume resources until there is nothing left and the machine can't basically even run.
