Acronis Online not backing up and/or Synchronising correctly bewteen PCs

Thread needs solution

I have installed and updated ATIH 2012 on 3 Windows x64 PCs and paid to upgrade to Acronis online backup. However, little or no files or folders have been backed up online over the last 5 days (just 2 empty folders).

In addition, the synchronisation of folders between local PCs is sporadic. I have created 7 new synchronisation jobs to in order to synchronise data between 2 Windows 7 x64 PCs. Some of the PC's folders have fully synchronised, where others have just partially.

I have ensured that all Acronis services have access through all firewalls, but this has made no effect.

Any tips why folders are not synchronising and why online backup is not happening?

Hi there,

I also seems to have a problem with my sync. It doesnt sync at all. I tried to sync a folder in my C drive and an external drive.

Any help is very much appreciated.
