Another year has passed, and ATIH still fails

Thread needs solution

NonStop backup has never worked.
Online Backup has never worked
Normal full backups work sporadically.
My system won't shut down.

I can't believe they are allowed to continue selling a complete fraud. These people belong in prison.

but to be listen here, you should give more details why it not worked.

My Acronis world is like this:

NonStop backup does work (even though users told us in this forum that it did not).
Online Backup does work (but slowly, and I don't want to store my data “out there”).
Synchronization of two computers through an Internet server is not of any interest (my opinion).
Image backup always work (ATIH has never failed me when recovering partitions).
File backup always work.
E-mail backup always work.
The Acronis support does work (and are able to resolve issues).

What is the purpose of posts like this? Questions has to be more detailed; just ranting is to no use to other forum members. It is a pain to read all the whimpering at this forum. “I want a refund!” “It does not work!”

Fortunately most of the topics are well-founded and create a base for user-to-user help and communication. This forum is intended to be a user forum, I suppose?

congratulations!
But tell me, what you will do if these points don't work? Would be a satisfied user? Would you keep it for yourself?

The purpose of such posts like this is: You give the acronis developer to understand they should do their job more reliable! The more user will do this, the merrier. I hope so.
