Backed Off from installing ver 2012

I bought TIH2012 and downloaded it. However before I activated the Serial No I happened to be visiting this Forum to see what installation problems I might encounter. I'm so glad I did. After reviewing the many problems and the complaints about the deteriorating customer service in this Forum I backed off installing it. I have been very happy with TIH 2011 and I think I'll wait for the TIH 2012 to mature a little more and have the bugs worked out before I upgrade. Fortunately, since I had not activated the new serial number - unlike the many complaints people wrote about getting their refunds - I had no problem. Acronis came through immediately and refunded my $20 to my credit card.
I think I saved myself a lot of heartburn and frustration by benefiting from the feed back in this Forum. Thanks Everybody.
Bye the way, what are the benefits of TIH2012 over TIH 2011?

I must say, that since this is a technical Forum, it's kind of dedicated to the technical issues, so it's a normal situation to have complaints posted here: Customers without technical issues doesn't go to support.

We also normally don't have any issues with support department, and in case we get a report on any procrastination, the situations is immediately forwarded to the Management team. We do take these complaints seriously.

And we do refund the purchase in case Customer without any questions if Customer requests his money back within 30 days after purchase (that's our policy).

I'm sorry for the issues described on Forum did upset you and caused to request a refund. From your support records I can see that you've never faced any technical difficulties with our software, and also left a compliment for our Service. From your message I assume that it's possible that you've actually faced some problems. Please let me know if you need any assistance, I will be glad to help you.

Regarding your last question: 

we have introduced several new features and enhancements in the new version, you can find them listed here. Acronis True Image Home 2012 also contains fixes for most of the major Acronis True Image Home 2011 bugs, and we believe it to be more stable than the previous version.
