Issue with TIH 2012 and latest build on client system.
This machine is running Windows XP Home. Acronis has always seemed to work fine on XP but with this client there seems to be an issue. I can install and configure just what I want. I hit the "Backup Now" button when done. I have it set to run the backup (incremental) once a day at shutdown. However, it's only backing up when I do it manually. So, not working well. PC is shutting down fine it seems.

Might be the problem with settings or a scheduler. Please send us Acronis Info from the problem machine.

Yana... where do you want me to submit this to? Here? I hope to get this cleared up soon. The last client I had to pull it from his machine because it kept locking it up. I've configured this software multiple times. For some reason it's not running as scheduled.
