Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 - agent issue
I have an Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 console, which is successfully backing up several servers.
however the exchange server is having issues.
I removed the acronis agent from the device and reinstalled it from the AMS Console, successfully I may add. The acronis programs appear on the Exchange server, and the services are all running.
I then try and install the Physical Machine but am presented with an error
"Failed to add the specified machine to the group"

Message: Error: Failed to establish connection.

Message: The required service on the remote machine is not started. Start the service and retry the connection.
Just to reiterate - the acronis services on the exchange server ARE all started.
Please can someone advise a fix. I have tried to locate some KB articles on it, without much success.
I don't want to hear about updating the software - I have 5 other backups running successfully that i do NOT want to affect.
