No hardisk founon Dell Optiplex 390

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I'm upgrade my PC ad now I'have a Dell Optiplex 390. I'm trying to use boot media of Acronis TrueImage 2010 build 7160 (relaesed on Febrauary 2011), but whit no luck.

I suppose the software don't recnogize the new chipset: Intel® H61 Express.

I'ts possible to have a new iso, that can do the magic.

Thanks.

If you registered your ati serial number, then you can at any time login to acronis.com, go to product updates and see if there is a newer build. If so, then you can download the iso for the bootcd and burn that to a disk -- it might have newer drivers that will work with your hardware.
There isn't a newer build than 7160 for ati2010. So you would probably need to buy the next version, ati2011. However, that version is no longer in release, so you would probably have to get ati2012.

ati versions can be tried for free. Unfortunately you should uninstall any existing version before installing a new version. It's best to make a full disk backup before uninstalling/installing just in case the process doesn't go right.
