Can't make Windows backup due to Acronis?

Thread needs solution

Error 0x81000019 on Windows 7(64bit) backup.
Anyone has any idea wether this has something to do with my Acronis True Image Home 2012?
Also can't seem to make any windows repair media.
I've tried it with "integrate true image into windows" on and off but windows backup keeps on failing.

Greetings Sam,

This error message can have more than one cause.  If you are unble to run windows backup after removing Acronis Back Up integration into the windows control panel and windows back up,  I recommend that you use the instructions found here to resolve your issue and restore windows back up capability.

If this is simply a failure of windows back up to complete a task, more information about the error, your system and disks could be helpful.

If your product is registered, you can log in here and download the latest version of ATIH 2012 and the bootable media .ISO to burn a bootable CD from.  As of today, the current version is #6154.

Thanks

I've captured some info on my system and the error from the event viewer.
By the way; I allready have the latest build. Does not solve the problem.

Hello Sam, and shadowsports,

Thank you for your comments. Shadowsports, thanks a lot for your help.

Sam, according to the screenshot you've kindly provided this error is not related, and cannot be caused by Acronis software. It's a Windows error, and should be investigated by means of MS support.

I've checked, and these instructions sound reasonable, though I would still strongly recommend you to contact Microsoft support directly.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you.

Hello Sam,
Yana's information should prove helpful. As you can see, there can be several reasons for this error. Required services not being started and/or lack of free space on the system partition are the most common. This is a normal occurrence. Please let the community know how things worked out for you.

Thanks
