OptiPlex 990 - Core I7 w/VPRO

When trying to create a master image Snap Deploy 4 Master Image Creator doesn't show any disk drives to select in the selection screen. If I start Snap Deploy Standalone Utility it does see the disk drive, problem here is that I really want to make an image of this system not deploy from it.
