Dear support,

we have purchased Backup and Recovery Advanced Workstation UR and we use it for cloning our Workstation PC's.

We have a special request now where we need to clone IBM x346 HW RAID 5 (Windows Server 2003) to a brand new HP PC with HW RAID1.

Is this possible with the software we have purchased or we need Acronis Backup & Recovery Server, or this is not possible/recommended because of possible storage controller driver issues?

What you would like to do is possible but you will need the server version of the ABR11 product and make sure you also get UR (Universal Restore) so you can provide the required storage controller drivers during the recovery to avoid the Windows BSOD...
