A.B.R Does not recognize Tape Drive

I just installed A.B.R 11.5 on a Windows 2k8 R2 Server. When I go to create a backup job or run a Backup, their is not tape drive listed under my locations. I am trying to backup to a Quantum LTO 4 half-height drive, and the drive is shown in Device Manager as being installed and working properly. I found and article in the Knowledge Base which mentions about rerunning the Tape Detection utility, but I see no method whatsoever in the App for detecting tape drives. Any help would be appreciative.
